No. This is a free educational course with a certificate of completion. Official CMMC certification requires a self-assessment posted to SPRS (Level 1 and some Level 2) or an assessment by a C3PAO or the DIBCAC. The course prepares you to understand and pursue those.
Level 1 (17 practices) protects Federal Contract Information and requires an annual self-assessment. Level 2 (110 practices / NIST SP 800-171) protects Controlled Unclassified Information and is what most DoD contractors handling CUI will need. Level 3 (134 practices) protects the most sensitive CUI.
